"Black Widow"

This dress is slightly gathered at the high empire waist and features a romantic ruffle around the low cut neckline.  The top sleeves are slightly puffed and lower sleeves are long and flowing of a shear patterned fabric.  The dress is made of a silky wrinkle resistant material.  A sheer overskirt is optional.  Cost is $95 or $125 with overskirt.
