"Celtic Jacket"

This simple loose fitting jacket of velvet or panne' velvet has extra long flowing sleeves and two front frog closures.  It is trimmed with black braided cord.  Front appliques are extra, inquire design choice and cost.  Cost in velvet is $180, panne' velvet is $120.
