The dragons are one of a kind works of art by Debbie Altman of Mohican Forest Bears. They are so time and labor intensive, that only 10-12 can be hatched into existence each year. The dragons are fashioned from glittery and sequined fabrics with wire armatures. Their faces are all unique; embelished with hand beading and metallic paints. The legs are jointed and wired so that the feet can actually grasp the edge of a shelf or bookcase. They also look wonderful hanging from a ceiling as if flying. Custom orders are accepted, colors being subject to fabric availability. The dragons are available in three sizes:

Large 20" tall with 60" wingspan $350

Medium 15" tall with 46" wingspan $250

Small 8" tall with 20" wingspan $150

You can request a matching faery to ride on your dragon for an additional $60. Each dragon comes with a colored hangtag (which is a work of art in itself) signed and dated by the artist with your choice of the Dragon Poems written in a fanciful script. The "Charm of Making" is said over each dragon before it flies off to it's new home so that it may become a protective guardian of your realm.

See the Dragon's wing in the shape of a cloud,
Hear his roar in the thunder sound. 
Constellation Draco in the cold sky of winter,
Look close and you'll see his bright eyes glitter.
Never say, Never say,  Dragon's are gone,
When they can awaken with a wish and a song.
They're merely sleeping under a spell,
And will fly forth when their stories we tell.
